at first I thought he was just staring off out the window but then I realized, no, that is not a window, it is his fucking campaign logo.
dude is just sitting there staring at his damn campaign logo looking like he just saw a portrait of his own untimely demise.
dude is coming to terms with the fact he’s done for.
I think this photo captured the very moment he realized that his campaign logo is just the Aquafresh logo on its side.
At least 344 people in 18 states have been infected by the growing public health crisis and 25 have died so far.
But the epidemic may also play a role in the presidential campaign, now that state records reveal that a Massachusetts regulatory agency found that the New England Compounding Co., the pharmaceutical company tied to the epidemic, repeatedly failed to meet accepted standards in 2004 — but a reprimand was withdrawn by the Romney administration in apparent deference to the company’s business interests.
“It goes all the way up to Mitt Romney,” said Alyson Oliver, a Michigan attorney representing victims of the outbreak. According to Oliver, on at least six occasions, NECC was cited by authorities for failure to meet regulatory standards and almost subjected to a three-year probation. “It goes directly to the heart of what Romney says about regulation, ‘Hands off. Let the companies do their thing.’”
“When the person who is supposed to be in charge of oversight does not believe oversight is necessary, this is what happens,” Oliver added.
America’s Comeback Team in Nevada
Wow, check out the REALLY bad photoshop job Romney’s team did to make it look like there were more people there. Lots of people/objects appearing twice, obvious jumps where part of the image was copied and slid over, places where the ground suddenly shifts to a new location, a pole that vanishes into thin air, etc.
I guess I shouldn’t be surprised…most of Romney’s lies are just as blatant. Yet people still believe them no matter how much evidence is presented to them.
If you think I altered the image at the top of this post, click through to the source and see it on Romney’s own tumblr page. The only editing I’ll do is below, adding arrows and circling just SOME of the inconsistencies. There are lots more, but I’d be circling them all night if I pointed them all out.
If Romney can’t even be honest in his photographs, how do you expect him to level with you when it comes to the issues? We need a Commander in Chief, not a Desperate Liar in Chief.
They just sort of copied and pasted the same image on top of itself, and erased edges with 0% hardness.
It’s literally the same image twice.
Hell the banner even reads “ROMNMNEY”. Look at it!
This is why I can’t vote for the guy. His campaign, his political background are nothing more than a parade of LIES. That means if he gets into the oval office, I don’t know what sort of person he’ll be.
This is a guy who, back in the 90’s, said abortion was perfectly fine and an important step for women’s rights. That same guy now says it should be made a crime.
This is a guy who’s been known to bankrupt businesses and sell the labor to China for profit. That same guy says our current Commander in Chief knows nothing about business and that he can correct our deficit and save the middle class.
This is a guy who says he loves Big Bird, but wants to cut PBS funding. This is a guy who wants peace and safety, but wants more weapons and troops in Iraq and Iran.
He’s not saying what he means. He’s saying what he thinks people need to hear to want to vote for him. He’s not trying to help anyone. He’s just trying to get the position of power.
And that fucking scares me.
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

If The World Picked U.S. President, Election Would Be A Blowout

I think we need to have a talk, Pakistan.
Okay, no.
Liberals, STOP.
You DO KNOW why Pakistan hates Obama, right? Its not just because they’re “weird” or because they’re “misinformed”. Its because Obama is responsible for the death of Pakistani civilians and his drone program, which was dramatically increased, during his term, has terrorized an entire region and enraged a nation, a nation who is our ally.
Pakistanis have every bloody reason in the world to loathe our president, right now. Obama has shifted the burden of war away from American soldiers and onto Pakistani civilians, and we liberals seem to not give a shit, because it means fewer American deaths, because from our perspective, it feels like the war is winding down, when really, the war has just shifted. We’ve gone from Vietnam to Cambodia, okay? This is not an improvement. This is not the way to end the war.
If I hear one more American liberal defend Obama’s foreign policy, I will scream.
I understand the rationale for voting for him, and I understand that Romney will be, if anything, worse for the Pakistanis than Obama. Obama has at least tried to maintain the appearance of legality to the program, a step I very much doubt a Republican would have taken.
But if your best defense of Obama is that “the other guy is worse”?
….. That’s not something we should be proud of having to say.
